Service Description

This session is about a nourishment of self towards a more vital resilience by exploring tools which will help you to ground and resource you. An indoor or outdoor session to focus on grounding wellbeing practices for resourcing self, physical, mental, emotional health using mindfulness techniques. We will explore what interests you and work with those arts, wellbeing and mindfulness tools. This work has a therapeutic quality, but is not 'counselling therapy', we would not work deeply with your story. We would touch in on what is important to you and work with your somatic (body) responses to enable you to develop tools which work for you to calm and centre your nervous system whilst opening awareness towards self support. This can include co devising a daily practice over a series of sessions which you can continue to work with at home. We can create a film of this to enable you to practice comfortably. Sessions can include mindful movement and stretching, breath work, relaxation, visualisation, sound work and expressive arts. Every person's process and interests are unique and we will work with what is most relevant or helpful to you. Please note this can also be offered via video call. COVID safety is in place in my practice. We will discuss the details further when you make contact for your session in line with government guidelines. Warm wishes Hazel
